Đặc điểm của van góc chân không dòng VLP
* 1 Tốc độ rò rỉ không bao gồm sự thẩm thấu trong O-ring. Rò rỉ bên ngoài trong quá trình mở và đóng không được quy định trong trường hợp nạp vòng đệm trục O-ring qua.
* 2 Không mở và đóng trong khi làm nóng.
* 3 Đối với VLP-MB trên VLH-MB, nhiệt độ làm nóng tối đa của cơ thể ở vị trí mở: 200 ℃ (392F) và ở vị trí đóng: 150 ℃ (302F).
